If you use one of the enquiry forms on this site, we may receive:

• Details of the work or service you're enquiring about

How we collect it

This website does not have a server-side database and does not store the information you type into its forms. Instead:

• The "Get a Price in Minutes" form opens WhatsApp on your own device with your details pre-filled, ready for you to send directly to our WhatsApp Business number.
• The "Request a Callback" form opens your email app with your details pre-filled, ready for you to send directly to our email address.

In both cases your information travels directly from your device to ours through WhatsApp or your email provider. It does not pass through or get stored by this website.

Why we use your information

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, provide a price or quote, arrange a booking, and carry out any work you ask us to do. Our legal basis for this is your consent (you choosing to contact us) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages and customer records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations (for example, invoices are typically kept for at least six years). After that, information is deleted or anonymised where practical.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Because our enquiry forms hand off to WhatsApp and email, your message is also handled by:

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.): if you send us a message via WhatsApp, Meta processes that message under its own privacy policy.
• Your email provider: if you send us an email, your provider (e.g. Gmail, Outlook) handles delivery under its own privacy policy.

Third-party services on this website

This site uses a small number of third-party services to function:

• Google Fonts: used to display the website's typefaces. Loading these fonts sends your browser's IP address to Google.
• Google Maps: an embedded map is used to show our coverage area. Google may process data when this loads, under its own privacy policy.
• Links to our Facebook, Google Business Profile and TikTok pages: these are external sites with their own privacy policies.
