Cookie Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This page explains what cookies and similar technologies are used on this website, and how you can control them.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They're widely used to make websites work, work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner.
Cookies this website sets directly
If you accept analytics cookies, we also record when someone taps a call or WhatsApp button or successfully sends the contact form, so we can see which pages lead to enquiries. We don't record what you type or the content of your message.
This website doesn't set any functional cookies of its own. There's no login or shopping cart. The only cookies it can set are the analytics cookies described below, and only if you accept them.
Third-party cookies
An embedded service may set its own cookies or make requests to third-party servers:
| Service | Purpose | More information |
|---|---|---|
| Google Maps | Shows an interactive map of our coverage area. Google may set cookies to support map functionality. | Google's cookie policy |
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they read and how they found us. This helps us improve the site. The information is aggregated, and we don't use it to identify you personally or for advertising.
These cookies are only set if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, or ignore the banner, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics don't load at all. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage, which isn't a cookie and isn't shared with anyone. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you switch from Accept to Reject, the analytics cookies are deleted.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes one visitor from another, so visits can be counted | 2 years |
| _ga_<ID> | Google Analytics | Keeps track of the current visit (session) | 2 years |
Google Tag Manager itself loads these tags but doesn't set cookies of its own. You can read how Google uses this data in Google's explanation for partner sites, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on every website with Google's browser opt-out add-on.
The fonts used on this site are hosted on our own server, so loading them doesn't send any data to Google.
Links to other services
Buttons and links on this site take you to WhatsApp, your email app, Facebook, Google and TikTok. Once you leave this website, cookies are controlled by that service's own policy, not ours.
Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser's settings. Most browsers let you block cookies entirely, delete existing ones, or be notified when a new cookie is set. Because this affects every site you visit, check your browser's help pages for exact steps.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website changes, for example if we add or remove a tool that uses cookies. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
