Who we are
Autotech Motorworks is a mobile mechanic based in Birmingham, covering the wider West Midlands. Instead of asking you to bring your car to a garage, we bring the tools, parts and diagnostic equipment to your driveway, your workplace car park or the roadside. Over 14 years of hands-on experience across all makes and models goes into every job.
We're particularly focused on the problems other places haven't solved: ongoing or previously unresolved faults, warning lights that keep coming back, and cars that have already been to a garage without a fix.
How we work
- Upfront pricing. We price from your registration, so parts and labour are matched to your exact car, and you know the cost before the day.
- Diagnosis before parts. We find the actual cause before replacing anything, so you only pay for what's genuinely needed.
- Plain-English explanations. We show you what we've found and explain it clearly. You're welcome to watch the work being done.
- Nothing extra without your say-so. If we find something else, we explain it and price it, and you decide.
- Honest about limits. If a job needs a garage ramp, an alignment rig or dealer-only software, we'll tell you upfront.
